What’s not allowed

• Large luggage (over 160 cm total for height + width + length) is not allowed in non-reserved Shinkansen cars.
• Pets (except registered service animals), alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted.

• Most of the park is accessible to guests on wheelchairs.

• Tours require a minimum of 1 participant and may be canceled if this requirement is not met 4 days prior to departure.
• Operating hours for Ghibli Park are typically 10am–5pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends and holidays (hours are subject to change).
• Some attractions and interactive exhibits inside Ghibli Park require separate activity fees.
• Entry to certain zones may be delayed during peak visitation periods.
• Outdoor facilities may close temporarily during heavy rain or storm conditions.
• Re-entry is allowed across the park except for Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse, which allows single entry only.
• Guests must collect their Shinkansen tickets at Tokyo City i Tourist Information Center (B1, JP Tower KITTE) one day prior to the tour date. See the walking route from Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Gate to Tokyo City i (JP Tower KITTE) before arrival.
• Guests are only permitted to board non-reserved seats on the Shinkansen included in this package.
• After arriving at JR Nagoya Station, proceed to the Meitetsu Bus Center (inside the Meitetsu Department Store Men’s Building) and board the bus bound for Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park (Ghibli Park). Refer to the route from JR Nagoya Station to the Meitetsu Bus Center for directions.

• Entry to Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse is limited to a designated time slot, so late arrivals will not be admitted.
• Children up to 3 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch.
• Allergy-friendly and gluten-free meals are not available.
• The tour includes a visit to an additional museum after the park, which varies depending on the day of travel. Possible stops include the Aichi Museum of Flight, Toyota Automobile Museum, or Seto Kura Museum. From June 2026 onward, the Aichi Museum of Flight will be closed for renovation and will not be part of the itinerary.
• The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met or if Ghibli Park is closed due to weather or other reasons.
• Admission to certain attractions (The Okino Residence, Howl’s Castle, The House of Witches, Hill of Youth, Dondoko Forest) is not included and may require separate on-site purchase.
