- On presenting the ticket once, the maximum number of people allowed to ride simultaneously is eight.
- The validity period is five consecutive days from the date of first use. Each day is considered from 3am to 2:59am the following day. If usage starts between 12am and 2:59am, it is considered as one day. Therefore, from 3:00 AM, there are four days remaining.
- The voucher is valid for three months from the issue date.
- A rail pass will not be reissued even if lost or stolen.
- Transportation services may be canceled in case of bad weather and will not result in refunding the fares.
- Alternative transportation may be used in case of a disruption in a boardable section.
- You can use the pass for 3 or 5 days.
- Note that the Greater Tokyo Pass is valid for five consecutive days from the date of first use.

- This pass is for you if you are a non-Japanese passport holder with a temporary visiting visa and permanently reside outside Japan for over 6 months.
- Please ensure you receive a stamp or seal from airport staff indicating that you are a 'temporary visitor'. Ensure that you approach personnel if entering via an automated gate to receive the stamp/certificate.
