It was a seamless process. No lines, no hassle. The aquarium was fabulous, very clean, organized and just a lot of fun.
I really liked seeing the sea lion with zoomies, doing circles over and over in his little pond. とってもかわいい ！✨ I also liked the jellyfish alley. They were shinning in all colours of the rainbow, which really brightens your day. It was a little crowded, but overall the experience was positive. Pretty much recommended, even if you are a foreigner.

You sent us the tickets where it was written that it was opened at 10am As well as written in the application that I installed. We had to change our schedule in order to to see that observation. When we came near 10AM , it was empty and no one of the observatory's staff were to be found. I am sorry, but this is not the way ( not Japanese nor any Western way). I also sent you an email that you neglected to answer. I will not recommend any one this application, nor this attraction.
