What to bring

  • Swimwear is required in the YUNESSUN area; bring your own or rent on site.
  • Bring your own towels or rent them at the facility, as towels are not allowed in the baths.
  • Consider bringing a change of clothes and toiletries for after your visit.

What’s not allowed

  • Towels are not allowed in any of the baths, especially in the Mori no Yu area and cypress bath.
  • Drinking of bath liquids (wine, coffee, green tea, Japanese sake, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • Tattoos are not permitted in the Mori no Yu area, except in reserved private rooms with baths. Covered tattoos are allowed in the YUNESSUN area.
  • Large bags, outside food and drinks, and glass containers are not permitted inside the facility.
  • Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
  • Children under 3 years old are not permitted in the Dr. Fish foot bath.

  • Some baths and facilities are gender-specific (e.g., cypress bath for females, dry sauna for men, mist sauna for women).
  • The facility is not fully wheelchair accessible; certain areas and baths may have limited access for guests with mobility needs.
