There was some confusion about getting the ticket. We didn't realize we had to scan the QR code BEFORE seeing the time for the trip. Other than that, everything went well.
Easy to contract and very convenient for the airport transfer. Higly recomended
Fast and on time, good excess.
Bcps of departure, fast and infinitely cheaper than a cab
I love how easy it is to find the majority of my visit to Tokyo under one service provider. And the discount just seal the deal
It was really very good!! The cleaning and the comfort Of the train was Perfect.
The ticket was cheaper than anywhere else.
On time and asy to use, buy and exchnage tickets. We arrived ealry and it was simple to have the tickets changed.
It was easy to book and just needed the code when arrived at the nippori station
Easy to access, fast and comfortable
It was convenient and easy to book my tickets

Super easy and quick, saved us a lot of time at subway stations which was perfect as we had such a short amount of time in Tokyo
Easy to get the ticket from the voucher.
I would spend more time explaining to your customers the difference between your two QR codes. I was quite humbling showing a QR code to a ticket attendant and them condescendingly telling me I was mistaken with my claim....HOWEVER.. after some linguistic savy, was able to get all included tickets andpassrs. Above all uite easy to use. 4 out of 5 ****
It was quite convenient to have these tickets. Claiming the Skyliner tickets were easy, both times -- at the airport and the Ueno (city) station to go back. The 72-Hour unlimited ticket though--OMG, what a long and tiring way to get/"claim" it at Shibuya station. Maybe if I'd gone to or come from a smaller station, it would've been easier. Then on the Skyliner, yes, it's nice, fast, good price (and even better when buying here on Headout, when it's discounted), but the interval time was quite long, so if your timing isn't good, you'll wait a really long time for your ride. Meanwhile, for the 72-Hour subway unlimited ride, it really is only worth it if you travel a lot. But if you are staying at a hotel that's centrally located and will stay in and walk around the area, then you can't use the ticket much, and it wasn't so worth the time claiming it, besides the cost. It's my own fault to not have done enough research or made decisions on what to do before I decided to buy. Otherwise, this purchase made traveling in Tokyo convenient (definitely having an unlimited card saves time vs. buying every journery--unless you have that Suica/IC Card, which it turned out I did from my 2014 trip which still worked) and helped saved some money.
Easy bought online travelling from New Zealand Q code scanning also easy train and subway espe ially subway a great deal

Very helpful staff. Smooth journey in a very welcome AC bus. Good value for money.
The site was a bit confusing but I thought I had bought 4 tickets for my family to go from Narita airport to Shinjuku. It turns out I had bought the reverse direction. I immediately contacted customer service to see if they could change the direction and they said they couldn't and there was a strict no cancellation even though it had only been a few minutes. I am very frustrated that I just paid $85 for tickets I can't ever use and am forced to buy four more to get to the hotel
İ am staying im Washington Shunjuku hotel and the bus drop as next to the hotel ! Thanks a lot for the great service door to door !
Since booking and receiving the confirmation the link to the QR code didn't work. I therefore assumed you would be able to use the booking reference to find the booking. However, after arriving after a long journey, in a strange country, the ticket inspector at the bus stop refused to help. He sent me inside to the desk where a very rude lady refused to help and said my only choice was to buy a new ticket and if I wasn't happy to go to airport Customer Services and complain! Fortunately the young girl there was super helpful and managed to find a way to bring up the QR code from the wording on the booking in Japanese (she agreed there was a problem which she had never seen before) and we were able to board the bus. Once aboard all was fine.
Great experience and customer support at the airport
Easy to deal with helpful staff at bus stop at Narita.
I enjoyed the staff, but I was surprised by the language barrier. However, that isn't necessarily your fault.
I arrived early, staff were very helpful and let me board an earlier bus- at 10pm, so really appreciated!

It was easy to find and we had so much fun. We totally took our time enjoying all the sessions. There were lockers to store our stuff. There were towels to dry our feet. Love the interactions and challenges. Love every single item in this facility! Highly recommend <3
loved the whole experience! my only negative was the sheer amount of people there it's wild! but to be fair, they are well staffed and have good signage to show you where to go and what to see. The water one is BY FAR the best. I'd say tlthe Forrest was my least favourite and the outside air one is a waste of time. the food outside looked great but the lines and the unfettered heat was too much. I also wish they had some fans set up so waiting in the line wasn't so bad. would be amazing if they setup some fans for people to enjoy whilst waiting in the sweltering sun.
The tickets were well arranged online and accepted quickly. The museum was great and well worth a visit. Negative was only an experience the museum staff could fix; not your company.
What an amazing experience, all 3 areas - water, forest and garden offered something completely different and interactive. You must book if your want to do this experience it is so busy. Just be aware that you will still be required to line up to enter, your booking time is the time you can enter the line which opens 15mins prior to your time. It moved pretty quickly and took about 20mins to get in. Once in, you can stay and explore as long as you like. Water was my favourite area, walking through the knee deep water in the carp and light room was amazing. Highly recommend adding this to your itinerary.
We thoroughly enjoyed the water section and appreciated the thoughtful progression between each experience, which gently desensitized us in a meaningful way. I also valued the freedom to engage with the art at my own pace, without feeling pressured to move forward too quickly. It was powerful to first immerse myself in an experience and then read about its context and meaning afterward. The hands-on elements added a wonderful, interactive dimension that made the overall experience even more memorable. The forest section, while visually striking, felt a bit overwhelming due to the extended use of black light.
This is a really nice museum. It's a sight to behold! We had a great time there. It's an experience I'd recommend.
It was absolutly awesome... no more to say😍
Great and different experience
It was amazing seeing and expiring! One of the impressive exhibitions was the sphere with millions of falling flowers.
I saw the reviews on YouTube and it lived up to the hype.
The exhibition is wonderful! It envelops you in a magical world. Highly recommended!
We loved the interactiveness of the exhibits. We came with people from the ages of 17, 20's and more mature and we all had njoyed the experience equally. My only complaint was how long it took to get the delicious Ramen. Our friends would have gotten more if it wasn't such a long wait. Was a really fun and beautiful 4 hours we spent.
My teammate had wounded foot and could not access the exhibition "water" as you have to enter without your shoes and your feet contact water. Although you stepped on water only on the beginning and in one of the rooms she had to sleep the whole section which is really a potty as that section is obviously the best one in team labs planet.
I loved all the stages. Creation, involvement, surprise, technology. Admirable art with organization, education and enchantment. Perfect! Thank you
Visiting TeamLab Planets was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I had entered another world where boundaries between art and reality dissolved. Walking barefoot through water and immersive digital installations made me feel completely connected to my surroundings. The infinite reflections, moving lights, and living artwork responded to every step, creating a deeply personal journey. What impressed me most was the sense of harmony between nature, technology, and the human spirit. It was not just an exhibition, but a place where emotions became visible and dreams turned into space. TeamLab Planets is more than art—it is a memory that stays in your heart forever.
There were some interesting solutions, but the crowds made it unpleasant. The exits are difficult to find and the spaces are cramped. The children's behavior is often difficult to control.
Teamlab Planets is a breathtaking, immersive art experience that awakens all senses—truly unforgettable and inspiring! Thanks.
lively and different experiences through movement in the art itself; a little too crowded sometimes, but as expected;) courteous and very friendly staff, which makes it easy to enjoy the stay.
Indoor water experiment, live drawing into projection, etc The only complaint would be a better convergence for the projectors, some areas were noticeably blurry because of it.
My family had a great time enjoying team labs. It was interactive for all of us. We also loved the yummy vegan ramen at the end of the day!
The whole experience was incredible. The visuals were awesome, it really was an immersive experience - that's what was so special about it! And... the ramen we ate at the restaurant just outside the museum, after our visit, were exquisite.
This new setup at the museum is much more complicated, less efficient and not seamless. I visited in November 2023 and it was fewer people during my time slot and the way the exhibitions were designed flowed much better. This time I think it made it too complicated and crowded to have different rooms. The locker rooms also need more benches to seat and put on shoes.
Overall, it could have been better. The water section didn’t really impress me — the waterfall was underwhelming, and there were too many tunnels. The strong smell of chlorine was unpleasant, but I could live with that. What really exhausted me was the long wait in line. You know there’s high demand, and you also know it’s hot or rainy outside. Please install more shade, add a few air conditioners, and offer each visitor a bottle of water. Also, respect the entry time. If someone has a ticket for 15:30, don’t let them in later than 15:40. Most visitors are tourists who have other reservations and have carefully planned their schedules expecting to enter on time
The Water part was fun and refreshing for the entire family (ages 13 - 71). The Garden was beautiful. The Forest - some parts were too kiddie for our age group. Others were easy but fun challenges for us to compete against each other.
Every exhibit was memorable. Some are just beautiful while others have a deeper meaning to them. You can check the boards with written intentions to the exhibits you just were in as you go. I recommend leaving your baggage in the lockers when available

Good and reliable connections Comfy and fast trains Hello Kitty Shinkansen is sooo cute ❤️
I could get the vouchers but was unable to get the actual passes. Would have been relatively easy if we were in Tokyo, but directions are not set up for other major cities like Kyoto or Osaka.
All trains come ango on time.
The ability to get on and off the train was good. I thought the price of a two-day ticket was extremely affordable. It was somewhat confusing as a tourist to understand how the train lines differ. It was confusing to understand which lines were available to ride or where to exchange tickets.
Car was clean n right on schedule. The exchange of tickets n reservation was a bit complicated, but the price is of good value.
Good money for value, easy to use. Good way to discover the Kansai Region
