Maidreamin rules & regulations

Photography rules

Personal photos and videos of the maids, performances, or other guests aren't permitted. If you'd like a keepsake, choose a plan that includes an official souvenir cheki photo. Photos of food or the café may be allowed if they don't include staff or other guests—ask a maid before taking pictures.

Respect the performers

Maidreamin is an interactive performance experience. Please don't touch the maids, ask for their personal contact details, or follow them outside the café. Respecting these boundaries helps maintain the immersive "Dreamland" atmosphere for everyone.

Timed seating

Your visit is based on the duration of the plan you've booked. Arrive a few minutes before your reservation so you can enjoy your full session without cutting into your allocated seating time.

Family-friendly environment

Families and children are welcome at Maidreamin. The cafés are entirely non-smoking, creating a comfortable environment for guests of all ages. Some branches also offer complimentary benefits for young children.

Follow staff instructions

The maids and floor staff guide every part of the experience, from seating and interactive games to photo sessions and performances. Following their instructions helps the café run smoothly and ensures everyone enjoys the experience.

Official photos only

Souvenir cheki photos are the official way to capture your visit. Depending on your ticket, these may already be included or can be purchased separately. Staff will guide you through the photo experience.

Restrictions at Maidreamin

Photography & recording

Photography or filming of maids, performances, and other guests isn't permitted without permission. Commercial photography and unauthorized recordings are prohibited. Official cheki photos are the approved alternative.

Physical contact

Touching maids, requesting physical contact during photos, or making inappropriate pose requests isn't allowed. Staff may refuse any request that makes performers uncomfortable.

Guest conduct

Harassing staff or other guests, asking for personal contact information, or disrupting the café experience may result in refusal of service or removal from the venue.

Outside food & drink

Food and drinks purchased outside the café shouldn't be brought into Maidreamin unless specifically permitted by staff. Enjoy the themed menu and drinks available inside instead.
