View is amazing, but there is definitely too many people, queue to exit elevator was not well organized. Staff was nice and helpful

This time right to the top! Last time we only went to the first level. We went at dusk so saw the day and night and the moon was full. The crowd control means it's never overwhelming and everyone is very polite The view is awesome

The ease of getting the reservation in the first place, while regular tickets were not available anymore. Second the amazing view over Tokyo by night. Very satisfying to discover the places we've been to during the day!

Surely, it would have been more stunning during sunset! I couldn't go later and the day was gloomy, however, the views were excellent: all tall buildings looked so small from the Skytree. It also impressed me the speed of the elevator.

Signage in English at the venue was very limited. We had no idea of where to enter the correct elevator. Had to ask four staff members before we got a straight answer. Plenty of signs in Japanese which may have had better directions.

A great way to admire an incredible view of Tokyo. Too bad the fog prevented us from seeing Mount Fudji.
