  • Japanese residents cannot book this tour. It is only open to international visitors.
  • Baby strollers are not permitted inside the Ghibli Museum.
  • Guests may not join the tour midway or make their way directly to destinations.
  • Meal customizations such as Muslim-friendly, Indian thali, or allergy-friendly options cannot be requested.
  • Children aged 3 and under can participate for free, but will not be given bus seats or meals.

Accessibility

  • The Ghibli Museum is wheelchair-friendly, with elevators and accessible restrooms, though the rooftop garden is only reachable via stairs.
  • Service dogs are permitted throughout the museum, but no other pets are allowed.
