Tokyo Skyliner Airport Express Ticket to/from Narita Airport

• Tip: Visit the nearby attractions, such as Ueno Park, Ueno Zoo, Ameyoko Market, Yanaka Ginza, Nezu Shrine, and more if you feel like exploring more of Tokyo.
• You will receive two separate emails and each has QR code voucher.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the ticket counter to receive the physical ticket.
• Please arrive at the station 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
• Infants [children 0 years old] are free of charge
• Up to two infants [children between 1 and 6 years old who have not yet entered elementary school] may ride free of charge if they are accompanied together by a paying adult who has a boarding pass.

• Tip: Step into Drawing on the Water Surface exhibit to stroll amid koi fish. Witness a visual marvel as they morph into flowers upon contact.

• It is advisable to wear clothes that allow you to be knee-deep in water.
• You will be asked to remove your footwear in the installation.
• Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.
• This activity is not stroller-friendly.
• This activity is wheelchair-accessible.
• The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.
• Due to the facility's intricate layout, pets, including guide dogs, are prohibited from entering.

Additional information

• You'll need to exchange your digital voucher for an actual printed ticket at the designated collection locations. An email with detailed exchange instructions will be sent once your booking is complete.
• For subway ticket collection, head to the vending machines at any Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station. You can find the ticket collection guide here and browse the Tokyo Metro map here.
• You can collect your Skyliner voucher within 6 months of the purchase date, and the return ticket is valid for 6 months from the date you exchange your outbound ticket.
• The Tokyo Subway pass must be exchanged for a physical ticket within 12 months of purchase. After exchanging, it remains valid for 6 months.
• Your Tokyo Subway pass (whether 24, 48, or 72-hour) starts counting down from the moment you first go through any ticket gate.
• Children under 6 travel for free on the Skyliner Express when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Small pets are allowed on the train if they're in carriers and weigh no more than 8kg.
• Note that the Skyliner and Tokyo Subway tickets have separate QR codes for collection.
